ReviewStamp replaces paper stamp cards with a mobile web loyalty card and helps merchants request authentic Google reviews after verified customer visits.
Core idea
Customers do not install an app. Staff do not need POS integration. Merchants still get loyalty, consent, and review growth.
The platform uses QR links, secure membership tokens, staff checkout actions, and neutral review request pages to connect customer retention with reputation growth without incentivising reviews.

Setup
Add business profile, locations, staff users, stamp card rules, and Google review link.
Launch QR
Download or display the customer signup QR and review QR at the counter.
Monitor
Track members, stamps, rewards, redemptions, review clicks, and private feedback.
Control risk
Use compliance warnings, blocked review wording, audit logs, and cooldowns.
Improve
Use the dashboard to see which locations and staff are driving repeat visits.
Scan QR
Customer scans the signup QR and lands on a mobile web page.
Join
They enter basic details, accept privacy terms, and choose marketing consent.
Use card
They see their stamp progress and can save a wallet pass simulation.
Earn
Visits or purchases add stamps. Rewards are issued only from loyalty behaviour.
Feedback
They may leave a Google review or private feedback. Both are optional.
Open scanner
Staff use the browser scanner screen from any mobile device.
Scan card
They scan or paste a membership token from the customer QR/wallet card.
Add stamp
The system checks daily limits and duplicate scan windows.
Redeem
Once a reward is available, staff redeem it once and log the action.
Request review
Staff can trigger a neutral review request when eligible.
